With a distinguished tenure of over 20 years managing the Bridge Studios, Ron Hrynuik (HER-NIK) has cultivated tremendous growth within the organization.
After five years of planning and building, the Summer of 2025 marked a major milestone as Ron and the Bridge Studios team opened Canada’s newest and largest purpose-built film studio: Bridge Studios – Lake City-, featuring 18 sound stages across 18 acres. This followed the 2023 opening of Bridge Studios – Griffiths-, a three-stage complex that includes a 33,000 sq. ft., 50-foot-high sound stage.
The original Bridge Studios – Boundary-, with its 12 state-of-the-art purpose-built stages, continues to be a key pillar of the brand. Across all locations, Ron remains committed to environmental stewardship, with the newest facilities operating fully fossil-fuel-free.
Ron’s focus is on the economic benefit of the TV and Film Industry with focus on the thousands of jobs the Film and TV Industry brings to his community of Burnaby, British Columbia.
