New Construction Starting Soon – Stage 8 and Parkade

The Bridge Studios is in the planning process of Phase 3 of our site development. Stage 8 will be a brand new 16,000 sq. ft sound stage with 16′ loading doors, 1600amps 120/208v w/additional, 1600amps available, 4,500 pounds per any one point on truss, HVAC will have a 40 ton capacity, 35,000cfm exhaust fans and an Automatic demand control ventilation provided by C02 sensors for energy savings.
The Parkade will have circus parking on the ground floor, 4 levels of pre-paid parking, 2 elevators. electric charging stations will be available on each level.
